Radio Noise Duo. Duet (Tomasz Misiak and Marcin Olejniczak from Poland) looking for inspiration in electricity, radio noise and amplified everyday objects. Earlier the musicians were associated with groups like ,,kalEka’’ (Misiak) or ,,Monopium’’ (Olejniczak), but they also had some solo projects. ,,Radio Noise Duo’’ is a part of ,,Radio Noise Orchestra’’ - still continuing initiative focused on radio noise in various artistic activities. The last works were presented at: CKiS Gallery ,,Wieża Ciśnień’’ in Konin (,,Radio Noises – Lost&Found’’, 2017; ,,Pas transmisyjny’’, 2018), ,,Alterier’’ Gallery in Bełchatów (,,codaDADAnoc’’, 2017; ,,Kultura Poza Centrum’’, 2018), CSW ,,Łaźnia’’ in Gdańsk (,,In Progress’’, 2018), in Ostrów Wielkopolski (,,Defibrylator 7’’, 2018), at ,,Tak’’ Gallery in Poznań (,,Art Week’’, 2018), in Kraków (,,Audio Art Festival’’, 2018), in Toruń (XII Festiwal Performance ,,Koło Czasu/Ad Astra’’, 2018; Festiwal Muzykofilia. Edycja III: ,,ars elektronika’’, 2019), in Gorzów Wielkopolski (,,Sejf’’, 2020). The ,,Radio Noise Duo’s’’ recordings were included in the festiwal programme ,,Radiophrenia’’ (Glasgow, 2017, 2019), were broadcast on air Moonah Community Radio (Tasmania, 2019). The recordings were placed on: compilations ,,RADIO NOISES’’ [ANG CD 01/2017] and ,,AKUSMATA’’ [ANG CD 04/2019], splits ,,mothertape’’/,,Radio Noise Duo [ANG CD02/2018] and Michał Turowski/,,Radio Noise Duo’’ [ANG MC01/2020], floppy disc album ,,Occlusion’’ [Pionierska Records, FDD 008], CD album ,,Holobiont’’ [Audiomat 2020], netlabels compilation.
